Shokudo Japanese Coffee House is a very authentic chic cafe with interesting decoration and atmosphere.
This is a charming place to catch with friend and in the same time enjoying the authentic quality of Japanese Western Cuisine.
I ordered Hakodate Seafood Cheese Pizza (SGD12.80), it served with scallops, prawns, salmon, crab meat and squid on ultra thin crust.
The portion is too small but delicious.
I bet you will have to ask for more!
The menu stated 'Oiishi' and MUST TRY, Shokudo's signature Ebi Tempura and Mango salad spring roll (SGD7.80).
The combination of leafy vegetables, tempura prawn, mango, mayonnaise sauce is flavourful and crunchy.
It is definitely a palate-pleaser.
I won't feel guilty when munching light snack at late night.
My friend ordered Tsukune Carbonara Spagetti, it costs SGD12.80.
I believe she liked it very much as I saw she's slurping the pasta with extremely satisfying.
If you look for a truly Healthilicious Meal when meeting up with friends or having a date, I highly recommend Shokudo Japanese Coffee House because of the way they present the food with low-fat diets and healthy eating.
Besides, it creates a comfortable and elegant atmosphere to dine.
Lastly, the waiter served the hot fragrant Macha Cino (SGD4.80).
I like the Macha Cino as its texture was silky and not sweet.
I would like to try their home-made cheese cake and grilled chicken curry omu rice during my next visit.
