We organized a car with a driver from our hotel to take us head to Prambanan Temple which located at 17 km east of Yogyakarta, on the road to Solo.
Prambanan Temple was built in 9th century. According to history, Prambanan Temple is the grandest temple in Java apart from Borobudur. The temple complex contained over 250 large and small temples.
Immerse yourself in this peaceful and serenity place. Look at the ancient building and contemplate the old time people how to worship their God.
Java is under earthquake zone. There were several earthquake caused the temple damaged in different times. Prambanan temple suffered the last earthquake on May 2006.
See the beautiful architecture. Prambanan temple is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is one of the largest Hindu temples in south-east Asia. If you like photographing and historical places, this is a good place to visit.
First time met Yao Yang during Yogjakarta trip. He's a nice and kindhearted person. He works as a violinist.
