In my hometown, majority of Malays will approach beef butcher in the traditional wet market. Most of the Malaysian Chinese families or restaraunts, it's rarely to find beef or mutton dishes. Beef is available in Western Steak House , Malay's satay and curry but not in Malaysian Chinese families. This is the way of Malaysia's Chinese people are eating beef outside instead at home.

以下,是一道簡單,快速,健康,少油的花椰菜牛肉食譜。
Here is a simple, fast, healthy and less oily recipe. Juicy Beef with tender broccoli.
材料Ingredients:
300gram牛肉beef、蒜末chopped garlic、花椰菜broccoli
調味料Seasonings :麻油sesame oil、耗油oyster sauce、胡椒black pepper、米酒rice wine、太白粉cornstarch、醬油soy sauce、鹽少許salt
腌製切成條狀的牛肉(10分鐘)
Marinate sliced beef for 10 mins:
太白粉2小茶匙 1 teaspoon cornstarch
米酒 2小茶匙 2 teaspoons rice wine
醬油 2小茶匙 2 teaspoons soy sauce
麻油 1小茶匙 1 teaspoon sesame oil
鹽 1小撮 1 pinch of salt
醬汁For sauce:
太白粉1小茶匙 1 teaspoon cornstarch
耗油 2小茶匙 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
米酒 2小茶匙 2 teaspoons rice wine
醬油 2小茶匙 2 teaspoons soy sauce
鹽 1/2 茶匙 1/2 teaspoon salt
水 半杯 half cup of water
以上調味料,在小碗内,統統攪拌在一起。
Mix all above ingredients into a small bowl.
步驟Steps:
一、用開水煮燙花椰菜,八分熟,放一旁備用。
1. Blanch the broccoli until crisp-tender cooked and set aside.
二、熱鍋,蒜末放入油鍋中炒至金黃色。
2. Heat wok, fry chopped garlic until golden brown.
三、放入腌製過的牛肉,快炒1分鐘,至斷血色。
3. Pour in marinated beef, spread beef around the pan until become one layer. Cook until no longer pink.
四、放入花椰菜
4. Pour in the boiled broccoli.
五、放入調好的醬汁,轉至大火,要來回不停的大炒。動作快,不停的翻動牛肉和花椰菜,30秒后,看到醬汁變成濃稠,熄火,完成。
5. Pour in the dissolved cornstarch, turn into high heat. Stir it fast for 30 seconds until the sauce boils and thickens. Done!
很簡單的一道菜肴,花費功夫少,吃到美味的牛肉,也吃到綠色蔬菜,還有濃濃的醬汁,清清爽爽的,配著白飯吃,很滋味。烹飪,也是一種藝術。好好享受吧!
