I have been visiting this ramen restaurant for several times. Among main food, bread, rice and noodle, I prefer noodles in soup when it is available on menu. I am pretty excited when eating Ajisen's spongy and tasty hot ramen in thick creamy white soup. How do I describe the feeling that keeps the noodles and soup in my mouth for a moment before swallowing them slowly. HEAVEN!

Ajisen Ramen was found at Kumamoto, Japan in 1968. There are 400 above chain in worldwide. Ajisen Ramen targeted to open 1000 and above chain worldwide. The price of Ajisen goes for quality. You may see this restaurant is always packed with customers, and the slogan of Ajisen is "peace of mine, safe, healthy". 

Ramen was categorized by flavors, there are mainly four kinds of ramen: shio ramen (salt flavored soup), shoyu ramen (soy sauce flavored soup), tonkotsu ramen (pork bone soup), miso ramen (miso flavored soup). Tonkotsu ramen soup is creamy white, and miso ramen soup is brown.

Some restaurants only need few hours to cook the soup of ramen, the decent one may need few days. The soup of Ajisen Ramen is tonkotsu. It is cooked by tendor pork bone for 10 hours. This soup contains a lot of collagen and prevents aging. It proved and announced by the Japanese Society of Nutrition & Food Science in a general meeting before.

I had ordered Cray Fish Ramen this time. After waiter placed the hot ramen in front of me. I started to taste the first spoon of tonkotsu. I really want to scream out,mmmmMHHhhh, darn DELICIOUS! Feel like flying to heaven! All my taste buds were waken up.  Thin, non-curly, less water and resilient noodles are more easy to absorb soup. I really enjoyed the excellent soup, spongy noodles and fresh cray fish. How I wished the ramen would not be finished.

光顧了這一家拉麵小館好幾次。主食中,麵包,米飯和麵條,湯汁麵條通常是我的第一選擇。很愛吃湯麵,Q而且滑潤的麵條,呼嚕嚕的,伴著湯汁一起在嘴裏慢慢的咀嚼,一口滑到肚子裏。 美味得猶如飛上天堂!

味千拉麵是連鎖店,於1968年創始於日本。現今已經有400多連鎖店分佈于世界各地。味千拉麵設定目標,在世界各地創辦1000家連鎖店。貨真價實的烹調的食材,加上秉持著安心,安全,健康的經營口號,味千拉麵廣受大家歡迎。

拉麵口味以不同的湯低,可分為醬油味、豚骨(豬骨)味、鹽味、味噌味。

拉麵的湯低,小至熬煮數小時,非常講究的的餐廳甚至達數天。味千拉麵的白色濃湯底是由大量的豬骨頭熬燉10個小時。日本營養和科學食物協會曾報導過味千的湯汁裏,有豐富的抗老化膠原蛋白。

我點了Cray Fish Ramen。服務生把拉麵送上來,熱騰騰的。開始喝上第一口湯,非常美味。水分含量低的麵條很容易將湯汁附著於麵上。麵條有嚼勁,湯汁很濃,蝦肉鮮甜。味千拉麵真的好吃得不想這麼快結束。這就是我常光顧它的原因,百吃不厭。
